Tonight's prompt "Charged Up!" made me think about getting older and how it feels when the world is charging up. The lady on my photo reminds me of sister of my grandmother. I get a kind of competitive apprehension in the contrast between the two tempos. Nice way of illustrating the comparison. This composition would also qualify for the Tempo Change challenge, more so than most of yours, if you wanted to mark it for that.
