Lyrics
You've got a tray of Scotch eggs
And steak bakes from Gregg's
And fifteen pairs of fake Crocs
Ten pairs of Cargos
And something from Argos
That's still packed up in a box
That you'll give your sister's
Husband for Christmas
Bound to be better than socks
You got a Union Jack
Tattooed on your back
And a swastika tattooed on your cock
It's all gone quiet
After last night's riot
And you're resting your brain cell
You're lying in bed
Two bricks to the head
The one in the knackers hurts like hell
That's the cost
Of trying to burn down a mosque
And a half-full migrant hotel
There's a knock on the door
Your mum phoned the law
I'm afraid she hates you as well

Sick burn. Wish they had an extra brain cell to understand it. And as for mace66 and jonmeta's comments about the looting, yeah, word up.
Man, this is a mean acid burn. I think my favourite is "something from Argos ... you'll give your sister's husband for Christmas". Just sums up the lazy cheapness at the bottom of the mindless urge to loot and burn things without understanding them.
An enjoyable bit of social comment, with some darkly funny lines too. And a suitable ending.
Great song and so many references to specific events that were all over social media at the time. Surprised this is the first song on this subject I've come across.
Always find it funny how people who are 'demonstrating' about something find the time to go and loot 'Sports Direct' and 'Foot Locker' 🤔
