Home is just a feeling

Liner Notes
Helen: Val sent me this track. I listened to it on repeat while I went for a walk. The combination of walking and the trainbeat suggested travel to me. I used my fretless cigar box guitar as a make-shift lapsteel. It would have been easier if the frets had been marked out, but I think it's not a bad first attempt.
Lyrics
Always been the wandering kind
Wandering feet and wandering mind
Never headed anywhere
But I'll know it when I get there
Railway ticket in my hand
All I need I can carry on my back
Looking for a place called home
Searching for a place to call my own
Always lonely; never alone
I just keep moving along the road
Look for people to call family
Are they out there looking for me?
Railway ticket in my hand
All I need I can carry on my back
Looking for a place called home
Searching for a place to call my own
And it doesn't have to be a building
Sometimes home is just a feeling
Railway ticket in my hand
All I need I can carry on my back
Looking for a place called home
Searching for a place to call my own
