I pulled a little tarot spread to find inspiration for this song, and got a lot of messaging about surrendering, shaking out of the need to understand everything logically, and hope being right around the corner.

I'm not usually one for kumbaya peace songs, but lord knows we need more of those with how bleak the world is.

Awww. This made me have a feels smile. By that I mean that kind of smile that isn't quite crying, but it's getting there. I also wrote a song called "Bloom" for FAWM a few years ago, so I had to see this. The way the verses start sounds so relatable and real, and the chorus does bloom, lyrically and vocally. Enjoyed the guitar taps along with the chords, too. Thanks for writing this.

Yeah I like the concept of do it like it’s your last! I would love the energy to do it all the time, but I try! Excellent lyric again and the delivery seems effortless, that’s a skill.

Well it's not a Kumbaya for sure, but it certainly has enough "we can get it together if we intentionally try" energy that was encouraging. Thanks for posting!

Don't worry, it definitely doesn't come across as 'kumbaya' - very much more thoughtful (sixties-esq) protest song nice flow to the lyrics and like the pace change at the end.
