Here's to Embarrassment, one of the most underestimated emotions. Aidos, pronounced /ɛˈðos/, similar to "ethos", but stressed on the last syllable, is the ancient Greek goddess of shame.
Embarrassment plays the harmless-looking old lady that will smilingly nudge and tsk you into your best behavior. However, in reality, she will make you betray and lie and murder, all to protect your reputation. I sincerely believe embarrassment can be a force just as destructive as spite and hatred.
@didib is working on music for this. Feel free to use these lyrics to create other songs. No need to ask for permission first. Just kindly list me as a collaborator.

Lyrics
Sweet cutie-pie, a little lie is all I ask of you
Befuddle what they think they know about a thing or two
Your spotless imagine, polished to a point that leaves no doubt
That you act with the purest grace, all modest and devout
Go, honey dew, and ridicule, belittle and betray
Jump forth to save a stranger’s egg, while dropping your own tray
Sides lateral turn front-to-back, get stabbed by friendly hands
What others think must rule supreme - this courtesy demands
Come, sweetie pea, mere minor murder marks the path we tread
Now who would stay the spinners’ hands from cutting fraying threads?
We may not even have to move, just hide some tiny fact,
To shift the blame for things we caused, by error, or neglect
