Liner Notes

If you are getting the impression I'm going through my folders and wondering "is this done? Or done enough?" then you are right. This one was one of my earliest attempts from early July, but I ended up hating it and leaving it. I listened back just now and decided that if I just left all the false starts sequentially as I found them then maybe it IS a song with a beginning and middle and end... sort of? Maybe.

There's a Super Furry Animals song called "The International Language of Screaming" which is absolutely fabulous. This doesn't have anything to do with that, but I think this is my attempt to write a song that expresses things that creatures without language might want to express... if they could speak. Did that make sense? I'd be surprised because it doesn't really make sense to me.

Lots of pitch shifted voices again out of necessity as I can't rerecord vocals late at night. And I do kind of enjoy the aesthetic, forgive me.
