Exercise Song #1

Liner Notes

Tired of listening to the same playlist when I workout, so I'm gonna make my own music to sweat and make myself sore and out of breath just to eat something I shouldn't later on and then look in the mirror and shake my head and make myself feel better by eating something else bad and just do it all again the next day to.

The liner notes made me laugh - can so relate to the cycle - great upbeat track, I could definitely run to this on a treadmill. The vocal samples hit perfectly. Effective layers as the piece hits its crescendo.

I'm worn out listening, having to lie down. I could see like a gym window! Cool

I think I lost 1kg just imagining myself exercising to this! Great piece of dance music - the vocal sample use has me thinking of stuff that was around in the early 90s. Although the later high processed vocal is more modern touch. Love the bassline.

Brilliant! The song, yes, but also the idea to make your own workout music! So many times I'm like "ughhhhh I don't know what to listen to" and it wastes time and tanks morale. This is a B O P and I'm gonna totally bump it when I go for my next run.

My fat A should exercise I guess…meh. I’m cooking to this bop right now and my onions and peppers are chopped so good because you got me in the zone. You got me wanting to be blood brothers and stuff…you’re the man! So much great ear candy. “The candy man can”….

If I tried to work out to this I’d probably have to be immediately taken out of the gym on a stretcher and delivered to a chiropractor, who would probably just dunk me in an ice bath…

Makes total sense to make your own workout mix! I can feel blood pumping, breaths getting quicker and shorter (and deeper), sweat flying around in slowmotion - has a punk techno feel kinda - reminds me of LCD Soundsystem's more electro styled stuff - a playlist of this kind stuff would be great - from start to finish - would be killer! Sounds really nice - big snare sound to really heighten the senses - vocal is super catchy - perfect for getting lost in the moment.

135 is a nice clip for working it out. This is just superb music, not just a great jock jam. I would 100% put these in my ear for an hour at the gym. I LOVE this 90's vocal sampling with subtle modern edges to it. Yes, more please.
