I didn't see a forum post for this, and thought others might have the same issue.
I did my donation (as should you to thank the amazing people who put this new site together) and I want to be able to post my song on the song hosting, but I can't figure out how to do it. I went to https://files.fawmers.org/, and tried to log in with my new 50/90 ID and password and I can't seem to get in. Am I doing it wrong?
Did you receive an email from FAWM with a link to the file hosting site, your login name and a password? The password is set by FAWM and is not your 50/90 website password. Hope this helps.
@beacon, you should have received the email with the information. If you haven't seen it, you might want to check your spam folder. Let me know at donate at fawm dot org if you are still having troubles.
@billwhite51, can you give me an example of a song listing that isn't playing?
Everyone who is using file hosting, try not to use punctuation (including period, apostrophe, etc.) in your file name. It can mess up the hosting site interrupting the ability for the song to play. Thanks!
@billwhite51 I'm glad you got the problem sorted. @standup and @fuzzy and anyone else who may have accidentally chosen "NO" for file hosting when you wanted to choose "YES," just send an email to donate at fawm dot org, and I will be happy to get you sorted. :)
I’m very confused. Do I have to make the donation before getting access to the hosting site? Also, where do I make a donation?
And when’s the end of my 90 days if I joined a week late? 😅
@deylavey - donations are here https://fiftyninety.fawm.org/donate (please note it's all manual, so might take a little while to get your rock hands and hosting after donating).
You can carry on writing for an extra week if you like, but you'll only be able to post songs to this site until 1 October.
I've been dealing with a move, so I've been slow to upload stuff here, and now that I'm looking for it today I don't think I ever received the login email for the hosting site. Can someone help me out with this?
